I specialize in high intensity workouts designed to help you strip body fat and build strong lean muscles whilst building your general fitness all at the same time. I know how easy it is to get bored in the gym with the same routine so with Fit Healthy You Fitness - YOU WILL NEVER DO THE SAME SESSION TWICE. You will use equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing pads, TRX's, dead balls,Sandbags and heaps more.

The sessions are always different and challenging to your fitness level and fitness goals in mind.

It also means your body will never get used to the training and the results won’t plateau. It’s always different, always fun and creative, and keeps you moving forward and improving all the time.

The sessions are done wherever is most convenient for YOU. That’s the beauty of a mobile PT! I come to you, we train and it's that easy. So if you have a park near your home, are near a big outdoor location or if you have good space at your home – that’s where we train!

What if I have injuries?Can I still train???

If you have injuries don't worry I have worked with numerous clients with injuries - the sessions are tailored to you and your needs.

How do you know training is working for you??

Your results are what drives you to keep going so it’s very important to keep track of them! I do it a number of ways which include measurements and weigh ins, physical fitness testing. We can do some or all of these as often as you like!

Can you provide nutrition guidance??

Yes - nutrition plays an important factor in you reaching your results so we can discuss your current eating habits and I can show you how to change your eating habits without starving yourself or depriving yourself, everything in moderation is key.
